A constant thought has been going through my head the last few days. It basically drums down to the personality I seem to be constantly attracted to - one which is, as I feel, my opposite.

It's recently become very obvious to me that there is a certain similarity in the way that employees behave which reflects the personality of the boss.

When I look at a cross-section of the businesses I deal with, I find that most the employees in a business have similar characteristics.

I've been considering categorising the types of posts I make for a while, moving my more personal posts out of the public eye and segmenting off posts relating to business, projects, etc into obvious categories.

Well it's only a small step forward, but I've added in the categories and will start going through making these changes (as I find time).
